Angus specialises in bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial law and commercial litigation. He acts for a range of clients including trustees, liquidators, corporations and individuals and has represented clients in all types of Tribunals and Courts, including Supreme and Federal Courts in multiple jurisdictions.
Angus holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of New England, a Master of Laws (Commercial Litigation) from the College of Law and a Master of Laws specialising in the resolution of complex commercial and transnational disputes from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Asian-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration and is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law.
